A few days ago I hosted a surprise shower in my home alongside a group of amazingly talented women in business. Normally, we meet once a month for local small group networking and then have a “moms” night out one evening where all Austin mompreneurs gather to talk shop, inspire and encourage. In fact today I heard we reached 400 members! I can’t believe how much we have been growing since just around summer of last year.
Anyhow, the party turned out to be a success! She had NO idea we were planning and was so surprised when she read the word “baby” up on the wall. I made a breakfast taco bar and all of the women brought amazing party snacks and gifts for the mama to be. Our masterful resident bakers even brought delicious cookies and a beautiful cake to share. I had so much fun time capturing a few little details and just wanted to share here.
