I made it back! Yay! If you could only image what I feel when when I am able to have time to make these posts. I’m almost positive it’s the same feeling people get when they climb Mount Everest.. *almost* ;) but overall accomplished. These one pagers really take a lot of love and time to express the amazing stories of our clients.
A few updates….
#1. The construction crew at our new home has had some delays because of the yucky weather we’ve been having here in Austin, so that means that our move-in date is pushed back obviously. Pretty bummed because I was getting excited to design our downstairs floor, including the new presentation room. But alas….. I am in no other rush than wanting to see things put together in there. Staring at wood and insulation is not satisfying my immediate need for pretty.
#2. I had the opportunity to participate in a local event last week Pflugerville’s Pfirst Pfriday. It is an up and coming market fair featuring some local Pflugerville vendors and businesses. They are held the first Friday of every month, so be sure to keep updated to our facebook page as I be returning again and would love for you to stop by and visit when I do!
Okay so onto the better stuff.
Proposals. This was more than decent. This was such a sentimental way to pop the question. Faye, had no idea and thought that we were just scheduled to do a couples session, little did she know that Joel and I (more Joel that I) had some other plans up our sleeves. When Faye was away traveling she had asked me to keep in touch with her guy for logistics regarding the session. Joel quickly contacted me and told me what he was doing and I couldn’t have been more happy to help him capture such a special time in their life!
Their giddiness for each other flowed effortlessly and they even brought their pup along which is a rare occassion for me too. My job was simply to watch the moments unfold and on that note.. their proposal story begins….
