One of the things I love about the Austin studio is the ability to shoot and split the session both indoors and outdoors. Any chance we can do it at the right time of the day I’m always up for it as it adds so much variety and gives us a small break from the open space with white walls. I’ll admit that on this particular day it was pretty cold so we very well could have stayed indoors and wrapped up the session there. But we took and chance and headed out anyway. These two were truly just troopers the whole time as we quickly wrapped mama up in a scarf in between shots. In fact, I think it actually made for the sweetest shots and to top it off mother nature was giving us all the wind action making things feel more organic and life giving. And her minty dress?! The most perfect bow sit right atop her bump. Here’s to hoping that sometime in the future I will find a space and location here in Collierville or the greater Memphis area just as special as the one in back in Texas.
