We were loving spring already, but the Barnette family just made it all the better! We had their family session at Old Settler’s Park in Round Rock, TX, and the weather was delightful. It was nearing the end of wildflower season, but we made it out there before they all vanished. We got some beautiful shots of the girls holding a small bouquet we picked out from the grass, adding a nice pop of extra color against the greens of the field and the pastels of their outfits. It was such a wonderful time spent with the Barnette’s, and we caught so many wonderful moments between the kids and their lovely mom and dad.
They hired us to take care of their family photos and I think we all think it turned into a great success. We loved the color spectrum across their outfits, and it fit so well with the park’s lush greens and many wildflowers. We could tell just from the day that we spent with them that they’re really a family unit, and an incredibly fun one to be around. There were many laughs from everyone, and it made for a special session for all of us. It was full of moments that the whole family will want to remember long into their lives, and ones that they’ll want to display all throughout their home. They had the same thought, and picked out a gorgeous framed wall collection to hang up at home to remember the wonderful day.
We love capturing those special moments.
