It’s definitely not the first time being in Savannah, Georgia but each time we go I get a little dose of inspiration through color, texture and history. I wanted to share with you some of my views that day. From the ornate iron balconies to the smell of old squeaky wooden floors I loved it all. Now, there was one downside and I am going to be honest because I owe it to my foodies. There seemed to be a lot of “tourist trap” restaurants, considering this is in the main area I totally get it. One of the places we do love to eat at is the  The Pirate’s House, but on this particular trip we stayed in the River Street area and ate there-which made for a disappointing dining experience. Overall, I can’t get over what a gorgeous city this is and how lucky we are to be around 2 hours away for random day trips and sight seeing.
