When I am craving something wholesome and fresh, I always seek out a version of this grain bowl with whatever I have on hand. The components here are going to be: Your favorite grain, a protein, 1-4 vegetables (including a leafy green and one hot or warmed item) and a delicious dressing of your choice. This will have beautiful flavor even without spices, but for a little extra I like to add turmeric and curry powder on whichever veg I decide to throw in the oven. The combinations are truly customizable and endless! Bonus points if you can turn this into a rainbow.
